This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for paid ClawClientX plans (Pro, and Pro + Hosting). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
If your plan includes a free trial (for example, seven days), you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. To avoid a charge, cancel before the trial period ends.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time:

Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK keep their statutory rights to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. US consumers keep all non-waivable rights under applicable state law, including the California Automatic Renewal Law and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act. Where any of these laws give you greater protection than this policy, those laws apply.
Web and desktop purchases are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and refunds for those purchases are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Mobile purchases are sold and billed by Apple or Google; refunds for those are handled under the relevant app store's refund process, and for app store purchases you may need to request the refund directly from Apple or Google. Email support@bidbuddyai.com from the address associated with your purchase, and include your order or receipt reference and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Refunding a hosting charge does not restore a gateway that has already been deleted; starting a new subscription provisions a fresh gateway.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of the Service.
We may update this Refund Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy here. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
